How to Invest - By Wire

You may purchase shares of a Fund by wiring federal funds ($10,000 minimum). If you are making your first investment in the Funds, before you wire funds, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, the Funds' transfer agent, must have received a completed Account Registration Form. You can mail or overnight deliver your Account Registration Form to the Funds' transfer agent. Upon receipt of your completed Account Registration Form, the Funds' transfer agent will establish an account for you. The account number assigned will be required as part of the instruction that should be given to your bank to send the wire. The wire must be received by 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) in order to receive the same day's net asset value per share. Your bank must include both the name of the Fund you are purchasing, your name and account number so that monies can be correctly applied. Your bank should transmit funds by wire to:

Federal fund purchases will be accepted only on a day on which the Funds and the Funds' custodian are open for business. The Funds are not responsible for the consequences of delays resulting from the banking or Federal Reserve wire system.
